Hi, I’m Shannon — the heart behind Bluebird Coffee Provisions.

I’m a Carroll County local, wife of an Army veteran, mother of seven, and someone who truly believes the best moments in life happen when people gather together.

After living in different places across the country, one thing always stayed the same for me: coffee shops that felt like home. They were places where people slowed down, connected, celebrated, and felt seen.

Bluebird Coffee Provisions was created from that love of hospitality and a really good cup of coffee. My goal is simple — to create a warm, welcoming experience where people feel cared for through thoughtfully crafted coffee and genuine connection. Whether it’s a wedding, celebration, employee appreciation event, market, or small gathering, I want every guest to walk away feeling like they were part of something meaningful.

When I’m not serving coffee, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, loving on animals, fly fishing, or dreaming up new ways to create memorable experiences for the people around me.
